Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern sales made on tgames.thimotey.com between …, …, registered office …, SIRET … ("TGames"), and any individual acting as a consumer ("the customer").

They are available on the website at all times. The version in force on the order date applies. Placing an order means accepting them.

2. Products

TGames sells new, factory-sealed board games, card games and trading card products. Each product page describes the essential features: contents, number of players, duration, recommended age, language and publisher.

The availability shown reflects stock actually held. Pre-order items are marked as such, with the release date announced by the publisher.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, including VAT. Delivery costs are added to the price of the items; they are shown on the cart page, for the chosen country, before payment.

The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering

The customer adds items to the cart, chooses the delivery country, checks the summary and clicks "Pay". They are then taken to Stripe's secure payment page, where they enter their details and delivery address.

The order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarises the order and includes a tracking link. No customer account is needed.

5. Payment

Payment is due when ordering. It is processed by Stripe; TGames never has access to card details. The available payment methods are shown on the payment page.

If an item becomes unavailable between payment and preparation, TGames informs the customer and offers a new date or a refund of the item.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the door by Colissimo, in mainland France and Corsica only. French overseas departments, regions and territories and other countries are not served for now.

In-stock items ship within 3 business days; the transit time shown in the cart comes on top. The tracking number is sent on dispatch.

If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer notes it with the carrier on delivery and notifies TGames within 3 days at ….

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. The procedure and model form are on the "Right of withdrawal" page.

Return costs are paid by the customer. Items must be returned complete; an unsealed sealed product may be subject to a deduction for its loss of value.

8. Legal warranties

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

To use it, the customer writes to … describing the defect; TGames offers repair or replacement, or failing that a refund.

9. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint goes first to customer service: ….

If no amicable solution is found, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: …, …. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go before the courts designated by law; a consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
