Right of withdrawal

Period

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

Inform … of your decision before the period ends, with a clear statement sent to …, for example using the form below (its use is optional). Include your order number.

Then return the items, complete and carefully packed, no later than 14 days after informing us, to: …. Return costs are paid by you.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs (based on standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal, using the payment method used for the order.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof of their dispatch. You are only liable for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the product; an unsealed sealed product may therefore be subject to a deduction.
